Your Only Limit Is You

Every time, when I swim, I look at this sign by the pool: “YOUR ONLY LIMIT IS YOU” I have mixed feelings about it.

When the saltwater pool has enough salt, I am a better swimmer. So a nurturing environment helps my performance.

At the same time, when the environment is not nurturing, it’s up to me to take action.

It’s January and review time for many.

I’d like to pose the following questions to you.
– How are you experiencing your career?
– Do you love what you do?
– Are you recognized for your effort?
– Are you the only limit to achieving your goals?
