Emotional Intelligence – EQ Profile
This innovative competency test measures the three EQ capacities of self-reflection, self-regulation, and empathy through evaluating emotional responses to a series of short videos that place viewers in a variety of hypothetical situations.
A 20-page report is generated based on questions viewers answer after each video, and a certified consultant facilitates understanding, learning, and development with a debrief session afterward.
Thinking and behaving preference – Emergenetics
This tool is a self-reporting test rooted in neuroscience that assesses thinking and behaving preferences through the Emergenetics framework.
Emergenetics focuses on a combination of attributes that emerge from one’s life experience and genetic predisposition. Each individual’s temperament is evaluated on three behavioral attributes (expressiveness, assertiveness, and flexibility) and four thinking attributes (conceptual, social, analytical, and structural). A certified consultant helps debrief and shape action plans from the result.
