Leadership Development

At various stages of our lives, we interpret things differently, making meaning based on our knowledge and experience. Over time, our ability and capacity grow, and we start to be more open and accepting. In turn, we no longer view things in black and white; instead, we inquire to discover and welcome feedback to challenge norms.

In leadership development, I teach leaders to look up and out for a broader vision, zoom in and out for a balance of short-term profit and long-term strategy, and pay attention to self, others, and system perspectives. Instead of solely driving for achievement and the bottom line, I ask them to consider this: “How can I change the conversations and create a win-win personally and organizationally while impacting the entire ecosystem?”

Are you ready for such a conversation?
