Healing and Well-being
A few of my friends are experiencing health issues. A common pattern I have been observing is that they were medically advised from the perspective that their physical condition is static. When people are not feeling well, they tend to take in the advice and feel less hopeful.
My inquiry – Is our body really so static and rigid that no change can occur?
In my experience with energy work, all our organs and glands can be negatively impacted by our environment, including stress, toxins, and pathogens. At some point, our innate system can’t handle it all and starts to break down; however, it doesn’t mean healing ends forever. Our bodies are designed to adapt and regain their healing power if self-care is in place.
How to work with our body’s dynamic nature? Perhaps start by eliminating the possible causes to discover the real one, rather than treating the symptoms. Perhaps consulting with another advisor to get a different perspective based on their unique experiences. Perhaps to explore acupuncture to help the body to reach a state of holistic self-sufficiency. There are options.
Our body, mind and spirit all impact one another to achieve the dynamic healing power. If you are not well, I wish you a speed recovery with proper care and choices of options.
If you are in a supportive role, a gentle reminder of our body’s natural ability will bring hope. Positive energy is an important element in healing and well-being.
