Last few weeks, I have been reacting to my work circumstance and from time to time, I lost my greatness. When I couldn’t be myself and acted for being looking good, I lost the freedom of choice.

The brutal facts for me to confront is my ability to focus on what’s company’s best interest and how I can contribute in an environment where the clarity is missing and trust is lacking.
